At AnswerConsulting, we tackle the everyday chaos of unstructured meetings. Insights get lost, minutes are manual, and follow-ups often fall through. Our solution — built on OpenText Content Management with Module Suite — brings structure back, turning talk into transcript — and transcript into actionable knowledge. Powered by speech-to-text and LLMs (we're agnostic to your setup), it goes beyond minutes: capturing sentiment, tasks, and speaker dynamics.
At AnswerConsulting, we see innovation not just as a buzzword, but as a way to remove friction from everyday work.
Project meetings are rich in insight — but often, that value is lost. Information is scattered. Discussions vanish the moment the call ends. Manually written minutes are time-consuming, inconsistent, or skipped altogether. Follow-up tasks are forgotten. Stakeholder dynamics go undocumented.
And without structure or visibility, there’s no real story behind the conversation.
That’s the challenge we set out to solve. Our latest implementation, built with Module Suite and fully integrated into OpenText Content Management, turns talk into transcript— and transcript into truth.
By combining speech-to-text technology and LLMs — whichever you choose, we’re agnostic — we’ve created an AI-driven functionality that goes beyond minutes: surfacing sentiment, tasks, speaker context, and more.
Each initiative starts with a dedicated workspace - a single source of truth for all related meetings.

To add a new meeting, the user simply fills out a form by uploading the meeting recording and providing the information needed to create the business workspace - naming the project and adding its members.
Once submitted, the system automatically generates the workspace and presents a structured environment where the user can access, explore, and manage the transcript.
Users are guided through key sections —each designed to enhance review, documentation, and follow-up with minimal manual effort.

In addition to transcripts and summaries, the system includes a task extraction feature. Based on the content of the meeting, the LLM suggests a list of potential action items.
Users can review these suggestions, accept the relevant ones, and formalize them into a dedicated task list.
To help teams go beyond documentation and into decision-making, the solution includes a set of analytics, dynamically generated from the transcript content.
Visualizations show speaker distribution over time, sentiment trends throughout the conversation, and which participants were most involved in specific topics — offering valuable context and actionable insights for project managers and stakeholders alike.
But the capabilities of this solution don’t stop there.
Thanks to an integrated RAG-based assistant, users can go even deeper — asking contextual questions related to documents, transcripts, or the broader initiative without having to read through the entire meeting content.
By selecting specific sources through the Active Context filters — such as initiative documents, meeting notes, or the transcript itself — the assistant tailors its responses to only the relevant materials. This allows for faster, more focused exploration and decision-making.
This AI-enhanced transcription feature is a practical response to a common challenge: making the most of the information shared during meetings.
By reducing manual effort, improving data clarity, and surfacing what matters most, it turns unstructured conversations into structured knowledge — all inside your existing Content Management environment.
